About S. MICHAEL (MIKE) PERRAGLIO

Mike is a native New Mexican and was raised in the beautiful Espanola Valley in Northern New Mexico.  His vast experience in the real estate industry spans over 34 years and he has developed a keen sense of what it takes to succeed in this ever-changing marketplace.

Mike  has embraced multiple facets of the real estate industry throughout his career.  He has worked with first-time homebuyers, expertly guiding them through the process of purchasing their first home. He has also been instrumental in the development of large real estate subdivisions, working to bring new communities to the Santa Fe area. Mike has represented several of Santa Fe's finest custom homebuilders to create some of the most beautiful and unique homes in the area. He understands the complexities of the home building process making him a valuable asset to both buyers and sellers.
